Railway Crossing Safety Technician
• Survey railway safety inventory for over 400 railroad crossings within Manitoba’s provincial highway network.• Create a railway crossing inspection guide to ensure consistency in the methodology of conducting future rail crossing inspection surveys.• Collect height and GPS location data for over 40 overhead advance warning signs in Manitoba.• Collaborate with a team of Geographic Information System (GIS) technicians to improve the structure and accessibility of Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation's railway crossing database.
Hydraulic Engineering Assistant
