• Extensive experience in 3 main areas of expertise : RFIP transceiver and SoC architecture, CMOS RF/analog design, RF system design• 15 years experience in several semiconductor companies (total of 19 years experience in the Wireless industry)• Involved in many Connectivity transceiver designs (WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth EDR, MB-UWB) as well as in Cellular projects (2G,3G,4G). Several chips went successfully to certification and mass production.• Architected complete RF transceivers (TX, RX, SX from high level definition down to block specifications and block transistor implementation definitions) including all necessary mixed signal calibrations for making the transceiver working (calibrations : IQ, LO leakage, DC offset, RC)• Designed RF analog circuits in deep submicron CMOS (VCO’s, LNA, mixers, LO chain, Baseband filters)• Very thoughrough CMOS IP design methodology for SoC integration and high yield manufacturing• Involved in complete Wireless system (RF+ BBPHY) optimization/certification
