Worked in various aspects of the Quality organization with a world-wide telecommunications company. Company is ISO9001 and TL9000 certified. Began as an inspector of repaired and modified computer boards, cellular telephones, and components. Also inspected new manufactured boards, all in accordance with IPC610 specifications.Worked as a Quality Field inspector of telephone central offices across the country for many of the major networks.Initiated quality inspection for major airports Homeland Security project.Incorporated knowledge of ISO/TL, along with inspections, to implement a new branch project for Verizon, based on customer requirements.Involved both indirectly and directly with customers throughout projects in the review of contracts and customer requirements, etc. Successfully completed the 8D (eight disciplines) Problem Solving Process.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Worked the East Coast Distribution center for both bicycles and bicycle accessories. Bi-yearly inventories. Incorporated a strategic four day, ten hour work week with over twenty-two employees.

Began working out of high school as an inventory stock person and quickly advanced to Assistant Parts Manager. Promoted to Parts Manager within the next year. Held successful yearly inventories. Excellent memorization of inventory part numbers, as well as inventory locations.
