David Durning is President and Chief Executive Officer of PGIM Real Estate Finance and Chairman of the Global Debt Real Estate Businesses for PGIM. PGIM Real Estate Finance is one of the largest providers of commercial mortgages in the United States with $96.2 billion in assets under management and administration as of December 31, 2018.David is a highly accomplished and recognized Senior Executive with over 30 years of consistent success in commercial real estate financial services. David has been recognized in multiple industry publications, including Commercial Observer’s annual Most Important Figures of Commercial Real Estate Finance since the list began in 2013. Since joining Prudential in 1988, David has assumed increased responsibility in various roles throughout the real estate and mortgage investment units. Most recently, David was Senior Managing Director, overseeing the company's agency lending businesses and loan production globally. Prior to joining Prudential, David was a lending officer in the Chemical Bank’s structured lending group.
