• Read and respond to emails concerning edits and clarifications of previously collected data, notices of changes in collection methods and requests for help with projects• Access the workload distribution system for daily assigned documents• Read and collect required information from annual and quarterly statements and reports for U.S and international companies, trusts and funds. Information collected includes: o Addresses and contact information o Summary of the business activities, industry sectors and operating segments of the company o Capital structure of the company including common and preferred capital, options and warrants o Members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management, as well as their compensation o Detailed history of acquisitions, divestitures, interest sales and newly-formed subsidiaries o Full financial statements, including any previous financial restatements o Long-term debt structure and details o Property, both leased and owned o Investor relations, employee and stockholder information o Names of the company’s auditor, transfer agent and legal counsel o Schedule of securities owned o Recent development news stories• Enter all information collected from reports into proprietary Oracle-based database, following specific collection procedures based on the type of company, trust or fund as well as the report type• Run quality and accuracy review program and ship completed update to product feed• Collect and enter preliminary earnings data, as assigned throughout the day, into our preliminary database for distribution to clients• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned including updating executive compensation figures to new reporting standards and editing and deleting information for companies that have been dissolved, liquidated or no longer exist• Participate in continued training in new reporting and collection methods
