Providing hard and soft die support. Fixturing and laser cutting large body panels 3D as well as laser cutting blanks for die process. I have worked Shibuya, Mazak, Cincinnati 2 and 3 D cutters over the years and we just received (Dec 2014) a new 3300 watt 3D NTC w/ a 169" x 74" table. We have processed about every metal over the years and all types of body panels, roofs and hoods, rear quarter panels and equally with all inner body panels. HMTD / American laser also piloted the cutting on the Corvette steel hydroformed frame conversion to its new aluminum chassis. Unique fixturing was done on this project for the 3d laser cutting.

Process any and all 2d styles of parts out of many materials using Teksoft software. Inspect all parts being processed on the floor. Use an optical comparator to generate hard part data ie/ gears, etc.
