I worked on a large scale 3 story building renovation for the duration of my time with the company. During this time I was in charge of scheduling and jobsite supervision including safety, reports, & trade managment. During my time I managed a large number of people working on all 3 floors of the building which totaled around 150,000 sq ft. During the project I managed all subcontractors, rfi's, & helped with submittals along with QC of the project. During the building out of spaces 2 tenants signed leases and changed and altered some scopes of work on the overall project. During all of this time there was a lot of organization, & management that had to take place. I was running the entire interior renovations with no additional superintendent help. I left due to the lack of work life balance promoted later in my time at the company.

As a Senior Superintendent, I managed multiple projects, up to fifteen at one time. Multi-million-dollar jobs throughout my time with Metcon. My responsibilities included but were not limited to managing schedules, subcontractors, and the progress of all onsite operations on the projects. This involved managing self-performed work in the trades of drywall, acoustical ceilings, demo, doors, and structural framing. Managing this work included material takeoff and procurement. I also trained new superintendents, helped set up Procore for the company, & taught classes with superintendents, project managers, project engineers, and others on building and effectively using MS project. I was let go due to lack of work.

I managed projects and maintained their cleanliness and safety procedures ensuring the job ultimately results in a quality finished product. Management of self perform labor and subcontractors. Maintaining the schedules and delivering projects on time and under budget. This involved working in Office tenant improvements, labs, clean rooms, warehouses, & high rises.

I was in the Bay area for a company working out of southern California. I managed multiple projects and an assistant superintendent. Handling all the day to day activity onsite for gyms & Yoga studios. This range also including repairs from past projects along with walking new properties for construction viability. I left for a better opportunity to progress my career.

I was dealing with all accounting, proposals, and construction. I was personally handleing all permitting and inspections with the city and fire departments. Upgrading buildings, installing new equipment, and maintaining the equipment and maintenance contracts. This also included but was not limited to Acid waste neutralization and DI water services to customers. Calibrations of PH Meters and installation of new systems, and maintaining older one. Including Tenant improvements, clean rooms, labs, commercial properties, residential properties, & restaurants. I chose to close my business to be available to spend more time with my family.

I worked as a general foreman until I was promoted to a superintendent. Mostly included Plumbing, HVAC, and equipment installation. Work ranged from working on restaurants, hotels, plating shops, clean rooms, labs, office tenant improvements, and circuit board shops. This also included permit processing, AHJ inspections, Management of subcontractors, reporting, & safety foreman meetings. I left this position when my dad passed away and then took over the business a few months later.

I was employed as a service tech that worked on plumbing, electrical, & general construction items in Starbucks, 7 Eleven, and Home Depots. A lot of travel time driving from all over the Bay Area. This involved small tasks and larger ones ranging from caulking or painting over graffiti to installing and reinstalling sinks, toilets, & FRP. The reason for no longer working here is because I was let go due to lack of work

I worked in the maintenance on items in multiple areas within the company; including the plating shop, polishing shop, powder-coating shop, clean room, labs, office, & acid waste. Scopes on the maintenance included: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Concrete, Roofing, Framing, Metal work, Machining, Doors & hardware, Forklift work, Polypro welding, equipment repair and installation, general construction, and much more. I was in charge of maintaining all equipment including but not limited to emergency generators, blowers, rectifiers, chillers, boilers, & compressors. This involved also receiving quotes and managing contractors on the jobsite to preform routine maintenance & repairs under contracts. The reason that I left was a need for full time work.
