Main areas of responsibilities: 1) People management- managing team of 9 direct reports with various seniority level from different countries - weekly team meeting about business updates and predictions- daily review of consultant's business focus and activities - regular 121 meetings with clear KPI structure and both short term and long term goals- setting up clear goals and performance structure for a career development - ad hoc trainings for different areas regarding the business specifications and seniority level - performance reviews and further recommendations - daily feedbacks based on individual performance 2) Strategic management- weekly updates and report to our senior management regarding team's result and predictions- weekly participation on different company activites focused on better consultant's performance- yearly preparation of team budget and headcount for upcoming financial year- conference calls with different members of management focused on strategic leadership - ad hoc incentives for short term boost for team performance- monthly review of team's portfolio of current clients 3) Consultancy- responsible for Business development- regular client meetings - customer service - account management - individual solutions for complex clients and/or problematic projects - salary benchmark / outplacements / executive search / volume hirings / RPO- candidates search - use of CRM based system on daily basis Managing a team of recruitment professionals focused on SSC / BPO profiles in Czech Republic.
