Prior to the formation of Lieberman, Dvorin & Dowd, LLC, David Dvorin operated a growing business litigation and real estate law practice.David focuses his practice on litigating on behalf of and advising clients on real estate and business matters. He has experience representing clients in real estate disputes, transactions, commercial and residential evictions, real property tax challenges, foreclosures, construction disputes, filing and enforcing mechanic’s liens, lease and general contract drafting and review, and commercial matters. Mr. Dvorin has appeared on behalf of his clients in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, numerous courts of common pleas throughout Ohio, and the vast majority of municipal courts located throughout Northeast, Ohio. He has successfully tried jury and bench trials, and has argued before several Ohio Appellate Courts.David began his legal career as the staff attorney for the Honorable Frank D. Celebrezze, Jr. He graduated from Miami University double majoring in Economics and Political Science.
