Was promoted to Application Services Manager in October 2015.In my previous position as the IT Supervisor, I directed the activities of subordinate personnel to provide support for KEPRO's computer environment. Work within general methods and procedures, exercises considerable independent judgment to select the proper course of action, and is required to review the work of subordinate information technology technicians to ensure conformance with established guidelines, methods, procedures, and policies related to the information technology program area. Also acting as the Programmer Analyst for KEPRO, I perform a full range of application analysis, design, and programming functions; computer and web. I apply my technical knowledge creatively to identify and solve complex problems as well as develop proficiency in database design and maintenance of database resources.
