Accountable for broad-range of product engineering and operational services (both customer-facing and internal organizations), spanning technology selection, transformation and integrations supporting delivery of SaaS and on-prem product portfolios within regulated industries such as Life Sciences and CPG. Responsible for IT Validation (OQ, PQ, IQ), annual vendor & partner assessments for applicable compliance standards (SOC, ISO), security and compliance, supporting customer and 3rd party audits. Responsible for BCP, proof of RTO/RPO, HA/DR readiness, operational metrics (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), and overall operational hardening supporting delivery of 24/7, global, SaaS offerings. Responsible for data governance, lifecycle policies, regional and regulatory compliance (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR). Established portfolio of engineering and operational metrics providing data-driven observability leveraged across executive, PMO, engineering, delivery and operations organizations.
