• Provide 2nd level support on tickets concerning the applications which are part of MS Office suite and Windows-related tickets, coming from ITIC-SD;
• Provide advanced support on all other applications which are part of the standard RTM Windows image installed on ITIC computers in EC;
• Perform analysis, filtering and resolution/redirection for incidents addressed to certain specific 3rd level support groups which are restricted for SD agents;
• Provide ad-hoc training/assistance to floor agents, when requested, for matters that required more in-depth knowledge or quick analysis;
• Find solutions to more complex issues concerning Windows applications and share such solutions with the other members of Experts group and with the members of the CIT group;
• Provide technical checks and feedback/validation on Wiki and KB articles that address more complex technical subjects or solutions; Edit and maintain, when the case requires it, Wiki pages, which contain very technical.
