David is a professional consultant in the Business Intelligence arena, working extensively with the Business Objects suite of products (5.x, 6.x, XI R2, 3.1, 4.1, 4.2). He has over 14 years of experience in report creation (Webi/Deski), Universe development (Designer), dashboards, configuration and security.Prior to being an independent consultant David worked as a consultant for Rochester Information Systems (later CACI) and in Education and Public Sector, developing solutions in VB, MS Access and Oracle.In addition David has experience using Smart Reporting (BMC), SSRS 2008 R2 with Report Builder and development of models, SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, development lifecycle, ETL, warehousing, training development and delivery, mentoring and documentation of BI solutions. Working in MI has also given him a sound understanding and application of the SDLC, business and systems analysis, testing, project management and support.David is experienced in many areas including education, government, finance, housing, HR, health, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, utilities and wholesale.His work takes him around the UK, working as part of a team or on his own, either at a client site or remotely.
