While in this role, I managed a multi-million dollar seven-project portfolio including two three-year apprenticeships for the PG&E Academy Gas Operations Curriculum Development team. These projects were designed to provide efficient training plans for six separate classifications spanning three lines of business. Additionally, I developed a teaming strategy to maximize flexibility between the line of business sponsors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Academy personnel.
