Life coach: motivation, inspiration, education. My job was to facilitate strategies to enhance the work environment as well as environment for the members to feel comfortable with transformation and improve their desire for a healthy lifestyle. I never sold a program, I inspired someone to make a choice to improve their health. I managed up to 15 trainers at one point and inspired many to pay it forward and find their dreams. At times I was an inspirational speaker, a confidant to many, a support system for thousands. My job was to sell training but my mission was to impact every person in front of me. If they bought they bought if they didn’t they learned more about themselves. I am a motivational tool, a creative soul in an analytical world. While being at this company I learned many valuable lessons that will help me in my future endeavors.
