As Director of Engineering at Endura Advisory Group I am focused on improving the engineering operations and bring a best practice approach focusing on monthly training that results in improved proficiency and a highly engaged workforce. I help reduce building issues and improve operating cost which involves a comprehensive assessment of the current conditions and implementation of holistic data collection followed by a review of the original building design. I coordinate a monthly training session with emphasis on new technologies and building operations to help our teams acumen remain on cutting edge of property management.

Tesoro Corporate Headquarters

My role as Assistant Chief Engineer at Grubb & Ellis has been focused on the part of the Ridgewood Park Association and Tesoro Headquarters Complex. I work with a professional team that managed all the operations for the Ridgewood Park Association and Tesoro Headquarters Complex. This involves managing a 1.4 million square foot high rise office complex and 122 acres of Park Association property. I was involved from the Commissioning phase of the project and then the transition into full building operations. I brought value to my team by helping reduce operating cost and finding energy savings and extending the life expectancy of the building systems. I did this by using proven data driven results. I find solutions within a buildings operating budget and improve the operating model to better serve the owner and tenants of the facility.I am the building engineering staff field supervisor and assist in the training and hiring selection of all the engineering staff.

Tesoro Headquarters Building, 300 Concord Plaza Dr. San Antonio, Tx 78216

I worked as Chief Engineer primariliy for the Tesoro Headquarters Building at Concord Plaza. I was also involved in oversight of other properties during my tenure at Travis Commercial to include Trinity Plaza I, San Antonio Orthopeadic Institite, Hardy Oaks Medical Ofiice Building, Sonterra Medical Office, 9601 McAllister Plaza, One International Building, The Hartford, Home Depot Supply.
