Neuro Telesis is an advanced Brain recovery Company that addresses the need for therapy following a TBI. Coached successful programs with the Napa Force Club. Have coached three teams to Undefeated Seasons, and another team with 22-1! Strong belief in positivity, pushing kids to have fun while challenging themselves. I teach them to count on one another and develop a team atmosphere of success and chemistry and that you can have fun while pushing yourself. Success is built on hard work, consistency, putting in the time and also having fun while your doing it! So far it's been a successful formula! 2018 2nd in Northern California HS lacrosse NCJLA. 2019 Northern California Champions 14-0 Record.

Responsible for 24 Trainers:Helped to develop brand development and improve local recognition of specialized programs.Worked on developing specialized training program for trainers. Improved certification protocols and back ground check for trainers.Compiled data base of income and training expense sheets for trainers to determine income vs. cost and revenue. Developed unique "accountability" invoicing program for trainers, to prevent mistakes and mishaps from trainers. Helped to develop a high profile personal training program generating over $300,000/ yr. in sales.
