About David Eadie

A PharmaTimes Market Access Manager of the Year - Highly Commended Award winner in 2023, with over 25 years of experience in both the Pharmaceutical and the NHS, across every health care system in the UK and Ireland in a wide range of roles, functions and disciplines in pharmaceuticals.I have been involved in over 18 successful new drug launches, from Sales, Management, Market Access, HTA creation and submission, Project Management, Government Lobbying, European MA Leadership team launch roll out and Recruitment and allocation of resources.During my career I have also had the opportunity to sit on the other side of the table as a NHS Service Manager and a National Lead for Improvement & Support at the Healthcare Directorate at the Scottish Government. Here I was LEAN trained and completed my Prince 2 qualification. From my early days studying Engineering, I became interested in effective processes and project management, which has underpinned my way of working for my true passion of understanding Health Care systems, so health care and industry can allow those most in need gain access to the right medicine, in the right setting at the right time.
