Subcontracted out to ARUP for Design of the CGS.The existing White Rose Field and its satellite extensions are located in the Jeanne D’Arc Basin, 350km East of Newfoundland. A series of subsea drill centers is connected to the floating, production, storage and offload vessel (FPSO), SeaRose, via subsea cables, flexible flow lines and risers.Husky Energy (HE) has contracted ARUP to undertake the detailed Engineering Design of the Concrete Gravity Substructure (CGS) for the White Rose Extension Project (WREP) The CGS will support a topside with drilling facilities, well heads and support services including accommodation, well testing and metering, utilities, and flare boom installed after the CGS has been set down on the seabed. The CGS will be installed in a water depth of approximately 120 m. - Creating a 3D piping model using Aveva PDMS - Creating piping GA’s and pipe supports using Bentley 3D- Generation of piping Isometrics and Stress isometrics in Microstation- Designing piping systems to ASME standard- Updating line list information as per Piping Specification
