- Developed methods for drug response prediction and biomarker identification, resulting in the publication of two articles in peer-reviewed journals, which were also presented in conferences (MLCB, ISMB/ECCB, GLBIO). One student successfully published an article based on her thesis on interpretable models, where I served as co-author. The other student has an article currently in preparation for submission
