As a result, I've developed strategic and technical proficiency in restructuring, corporate governance, crisis management, reorganization formulation and implementation, M&A, corporate finance, as well as related negotiations, conflict resolution and litigation. My expertise includes leading complex, high-pressure restructurings, coordinating teams, and planning and implementing distressed acquisitions and strategic exits for divesting stressed or nonessential business units and subsidiaries.
