I am a Restructuring Advisor and Independent Director who solves problems for companies involved in – or emerging from – restructurings and special situations.Over the course of my career, I've been a restructuring and bankruptcy attorney, chief executive and board member, business owner, investment banker, and turnaround consultant. As a result, I've developed strategic and technical proficiency in restructuring, corporate governance, crisis management, reorganization formulation and implementation, M&A, corporate finance, as well as related negotiations, conflict resolution and litigation. My expertise includes leading complex, high-pressure restructurings, coordinating teams, and planning and implementing distressed acquisitions and strategic exits for divesting stressed or nonessential business units and subsidiaries. In each engagement, I leverage my experience directing companies’ high-stakes restructuring efforts at Kirkland & Ellis and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where I led some of the largest out-of-court restructurings and complex Chapter 11 reorganizations in the world.
