Skilled in the design and application of energy best practices for building systems and manufacturing, including energy utility infrastructure, distribution systems, Data Center power distribution, and end-use equipment.Managed site distributed generation equipment, utilizing power generation and building automation (BAS) assets to participate in PJM Spinning Reserve and Demand Response Capacity programs. During 2016, managed capital improvements for site generation to comply with Federal RICE NESHAP emissions requirements. Managed all Data Center Electrical Infrastructure improvements and capital upgrades. Since 2007, has managed Energy Star databases for Campus facilities, earning certification labeling for Corporate headquarters for six consecutive years. In 2014, Energy and Atmosphere resource for the LEED O&M Recertification team at Armstrong's Corporate headquarters in Lancaster. In April of 2014, USGBC awarded LEED Platinum Recertification to Armstrong World Industries - corporate headquarters. Earning this distinction, this building is the first in Pennsylvania and among only 17 buildings globally to earn recertification at the highest level possible - Platinum - under LEED's EBOM program.A Licensed Professional Engineer, P.E., National Energy certifications include CEM, CEA, and CSDP from the Association of Energy Engineers. A Regional Energy Engineer of the Year in 2008, served as the president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of Energy Engineers - CPAEE since 2010. Elected Region I Vice President of the Association of Energy Engineers in November 2012. covering 10 states in the North East region. Inducted as a Fellow Member in the AEE at WEEC held in Washington, D.C., September 2016.
