With over three decades in corporate law, I have extensive experience in helping clients navigate a broad range of complex business transactions in the engineering, architectural, geotechnical and environmental industries. I focus my practice on mergers and acquisitions, business ownership transition, strategic transactions, licensing, real estate and environmental law. Further to the range of needs my clients have, I also counsel on employment issues, intellectual property, professional liability, and government contracting. Leveraging my legal expertise, a strong technical background in engineering and the practical experience of serving as outside General Counsel, I offer clients a strategic approach that aligns with clients’ immediate and long-term business objects.
