Within this position I had the following responsibilities: Customer Advocacy Program: led UiPath’s 2018-19 CAP group, charged with creating and implementing marketing collateral for “land & expand” campaigns of UiPath’s strategic customers. Customer Success Team Support: worked directly with Ashim Gupta to develop and implement tools and collateral used by Customer Success Managers in their work with key UiPath customers. Product Marketing Content Creation: led the 2017-18 update of UiPath product marketing materials; emphasizing video and white paper formats to tell the story of highly successful customer implementations. Industry Leadership: maintained responsibilities for articulating and final editing of UiPath’s product features and customer support capabilities for Forrester, Everest Group and Gartner’s annual RPA vendor evaluations. In 2019, UiPath was ranked the #1 RPA vendor by all three organizations.
Early Team
Hired by and reported to Co-Founder, CEO Daniel Dines as the first US member of UiPath’s early team. Less than forty people in 2015, the UiPath team eschewed formal roles and titles. My primary responsibilities included:Thought Leadership: drove UiPath’s recognition as a leader in innovative RPA features and technology through 100+ blogs, interviews, white papers, customer use cases and product release (v2016.1 - v2019.1) articles.Industry Leadership: collaborated with Daniel, Marius Tirca, product team leadership and Guy Kirkwood to articulate UiPath’s innovative RPA capabilities for Forrester and Everest Group’s annual RPA vendor evaluations. Managed pursuit teams as part of the U.S. Large Deal Group, a CGI horizontal unit responsible for $50M+ outsourcing pursuits across U.S. regional business units and CGI Federal. Role and responsibilities included: Deal origination and qualification – worked with third party advisors and CGI’s regional business developers to build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.Win strategy and solution management of pursuit teams ranging in size of six to over a dozen people across all relevant solution tracks (ADM, INFRA, BPO) such as: CGI offerings; application services; infrastructure services; HR/OCM and transition. Closure management – focused, collaborative effort across orals, due diligence and BAFO to craft a winning deliverable through: client insight; effective due diligence; relationship-building; risk management and pricing.Accomplishments included: $250M in deal revenue (deal sheet available upon request).

Manager: solution team for the North American large deal group, which could range from three to six people.
