Responsible for raw material, packaging and ingredient purchasing for the Churny specialty cheese business, as well as production and inventory control at plant and various co-manufacturing sites.Initiated co-packing relationship with local workshop for developmentally disabled.

Assumed increasing responsibilities in the headquarters Logistics function. Primary Supply Chain interface with category Marketing and Sales, responsible for national production / inventory planning, materials and change management across multiple plants.

Responsible for shipping, receiving, and material handling for plant with daily volume of 1.2 MM lbs.
