Served as a voice of the customer to provide a business perspective for development decisions.• Integrated operational processes to prioritise, resolve blockers, and facilitate decision-making.• Assisted with the Royal Commission submissions and witness statements throughout 2018.• Managed contractual agreements with five supplier partners.
