The role of Senior Product Manager focuses on driving and delivering continuous improvements to increase system functionality and the customer experience.SELECTED HIGHLIGHTS• Direct leadership to a team of 2 Product Managers and served as 2IC to a broader team of 12, including periods as acting Head of Product during manager’s absence.• Stabilised the platform following initial launch by delivering key fixes and enhancements that improved the user experience.• Collaborated with internal stakeholders and key customers to drive successful outcomes. Served as a voice of the customer to provide a business perspective for development decisions.• Integrated operational processes to prioritise, resolve blockers, and facilitate decision-making.• Assisted with the Royal Commission submissions and witness statements throughout 2018.• Managed contractual agreements with five supplier partners.

Part of the product development team responsible for the delivery of the BT Panorama Investment and Superannuation Platform. Responsibilities include product leadership in the design and delivery of various capabilities, including Fees, Market data and customer reports.

Part of a small product development team that delivered the BT Wrap Capital Protection product. Responsibilities included product design, build support, product disclosure as well as sales, training and marketing support.

Part of the product management team for BT's market leading Investment and Superannuation platforms. Responsible for:-Day to day management of SuperWrap product, including compliance, trustee liaison and sales/escalation support.-Year end statement delivery and improvements, including introduction of eStatements-Product disclosure updates, including full overhaul to simplified/customer friendly documents in 2010.-Implementing ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, including market leading super contributions tracking capability for advisers.
