• To provide prompt and efficient site services and project management to customers both in the UK and overseas.• To efficiently manage the Service and Commissioning Engineers team.• Pro-actively support other company activities such as supporting engineers, training, and assisting with sales and site support• Expand the number of customers utilising company commissioning, service, site audit, repair and out of hours’ facilities.• Provide a high quality service to customers.• Maintain the Company’s reputation as a leading edge systems integrator.• Ensure efficient and cost-effective utilisation of Service and Commissioning personnel.• Organisation of service, breakdown and repair requests.• Organisation of the 24-hour telephone support system, including participation in the duty rota.• Identification of new customers for the Service Department, with a further view to expanding the facilities offered by the whole of the company.• Identification of new Out of Hours Support customers.• Visiting customers and carrying out site audits.• Ensure that the department generates a profit, but not to the overall detriment of the whole company.• Assisting with system testing of equipment build and design by the Project Engineering Department.• Comply with all relevant standards and work to the Company’s ISO9001:2008 registered quality procedures.• Work beyond normal hours in order to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities• Management of Project and Site teams as appropriate• Provide support during the tender process by involvement in the preparation of programmes, methodology and development of quality/safety/environmental plans• Ensure that programmes for the construction/ installation phase, maintaining as-built progress and producing completion programmes for live projects are in place, used and are effective• Prepare Quality/Safety/Environmental Plans for any project they are involved in and ensure that these are updated, actions implemented and effective on any of their projects• Undertake the requisition and procurement of labour, plant and materials within tender allowances• Be aware of the commercial implications of decisions taken on a project and be prepared to fully justify these to all levels of management• Guide and ensure that the appropriate methodology selection, preparation of Method Statements, Risk and COSHH Assessments are being implemented to a high standard and in line with our business management procedures• Financial overview of project in terms of: tender allowances; variances between tender and actual costs; preparation of cost to complete forecasts with QS team; ability to use financial feedback information to refine or develop methods and resources where practical to ensure a successful financial outcome for the project or limit the exposure to loss or reduced margin• Maintain and develop client relationships for ensuring a successful outcome on completion and enhancing opportunities for securing repeat work• Develop team culture to create an environment where motivation and morale is high • Develop supply chain relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors for the benefit of the project and future contracts• Have active involvement within the wider company business to enhance awareness and abilities and assist Summit Systems in our strategy to "Continuously Improve"

Provide field service support, installation and commissioning for Sales and End Users to ensure the stable operation of customer purchased Ishida products whether it is hardware, software, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic operated equipment. This includes installing,configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Ishida and third party products, PC hardware, software, and communication links at a site level which might also requireend user training.This role interfaces directly with Customers at various levels of management in an effort to manage and plan the installation and commissioning and/or resolve any system, software and hardware failures, product performance issues and user quality improvements.Key Responsibilities:• Work with other members of the team and the company as a whole, to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure that faults are diagnosed and repaired efficiently and effectively providing long-term reliability and customer satisfaction• Documentation, site reports, daily reports and other relevant documentation that needs to be collated and formatted for handover documentation. • Develop strong working relationships with customers to ensure superior and excellent service is provided• Perform all work using good working practice and current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task.• Ensure that all ISO 9001:2000 agreed processes are followed.• Identification/implementation of software, hardware & system improvements/rectification

Key Responsibilities:• Project and System Engineering leadership for the development, implementation and support of new and legacy end of oven Systems.• Create, implement and Input into Automation engineering resource allocation and perform progress monitoring.• Project safety both in terms of functional safety and also personnel safety with respect to the design, operation and maintenance of the system.• Creating and maintaining generic documentation for system engineering ( technical manuals, application guides, standard processes and guides etc.). Specification and configuration of project and system engineering tools. Approving the release to production or commissioning of project documentation.• Assisting the Automation Functional Manager in all aspects of performance (i.e. Cost, Quality, Delivery, Customer Satisfaction and Responsiveness). Leadership and direction of the project and system engineering team assigned to projects. • Ensuring compliance with sector Legislation, Standards and guidelines e.g. legal requirements, International Directives, Class Society requirements, internal company standards, etc.• Implementing Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement principals and ensuring compliance with company System.

Key Responsibilities:• Bring new technology into working order, negotiating any technical problems while keeping a commercial position onsite • Asses Any design changes or modifications, implement and integrate them into the system and make sure the product is to specification and that the client is happy with the finished equipment • EHS and management of hazardous areas - complete risk assessments/method statements, safe lifting operations and slinging, COSHH and bottled gases, electrical hazards, working at heights and continuously drive and support the Zero Harm culture onsite • Documentation, site reports, daily reports and other relevant documentation • Lead and manage onsite resource and the customer to meet project requirements in line with Bosch Rexroth standards • Ensuring compliance with sector Legislation, Standards and guidelines e.g. legal requirements, International Directives, Class Society requirements, internal company standards, etc.

Key Responsibilities:• Installation & commissioning of projects at customer sites. • Work with other members of the team and the company as a whole, to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and professional manner. • Produce and maintain documentation for use by the customer and the Winbro Group. • Responsible for fault reporting, implementation and testing of design modifications. • Train customers on CNC applications and systems. • Provide out of hours support during the commissioning stage, and throughout the life of the machine.• Carry out on site machine health checks.• Identify and report additional Auto coding opportunities. • Assist in developing improvements to Auto coding product and service offerings. • Identify and report any opportunities identified when visiting customer sites to increase business for the Winbro Group. • Develop strong working relationships with customers to ensure superior and excellent service is provided to the Winbro Group’s customers. • Report both positive and adverse feedback from customers. • Promote and develop the Winbro Groups positive reputation with customers through professional conduct and appearance at all times. • To work within agreed budgets and time scales.
