Direct report to NZ Executive, responsible for strategy and execution of the Analytics-based portfolios - 1) Billing & Assurance - $400m+ in annual billing across eight BSS environments with a 100% on-time billing rate.Development of complex scalable billing solutions including retail consumer, business, and wholesale categories, multi-currency, recurring daily/weekly/monthly billing cycles.Design, development and rollout of complex assurance, auditing and testing tools and procedures to eliminate revenue leakage.2) Data Analytics and Insights -Design, development and successful rollout of an enterprise-level (SQL) data warehouse that transformed NZ business metrics and insights. Highlights - reduced turnaround of monthly financial accounts, executive & board level report-packs to business day 3 (from BD20). Eliminated manual data-entry, journaling and errors/inconsistent allocation of GL codes. Deep insights into WOB, customer segment and product performance. 3) Cost Reconciliation - $180m+ annual direct cost portfolio. Developed an industry-leading event & service matching reconciliation engine delivering a 99.6% reconciliation match rate (matching direct revenue to direct cost for every call/txt event or service). Highlights - Uniquely high % reconciliation for the Industry. A success run-rate of $1m/annually in Gross Margin improvement through a targeted revenue assurance program. 4) Regulatory & Commercial Support - Contracts, Negotiation, Disputes (creation and data & model support) and dispute resolution. Highlights - $12m of $13m won in commercial disputes over past 3 Years. Energy Regulatory requirements added in 2019 with rapid rollout of new reconciliation and reporting processes, to ensure 100% compliance.
