Author of numerous technical papers and articles and involved in the preparation of standards and specifications as member of British Standards Technical Committees and International Working Groups. Member of organising committee for several international conferences.Retired from full time employment in 2011 but acting as consultant to the sealing industry and in particular the European Sealing Association as a Technical Director.
