Managed a large set of FTE’s (105 internal) and contractor resources (65 external) engaged in the edifice of electrical infrastructure. Completed an average of $80M of work annually hitting budget within 1.5% over my four year period. Lead the team on the road to successful completion of common goals, 100% customer satisfaction, engagement of direct reports and on time/under budget project completion. Construction projects include System Reliability rebuilds, Facility Relocates and Cable Replacements. Duties include but are not limited to; maintaining safety in the workplace (achieved safest year ever with no OSHA recordable), serving our customers right the first time, bringing projects in on time and under budget, serving & developing direct reports to fill succession planning, and engaging employees for alignment with corporate goals.Safety Accomplishment - lead our team of 105 construction & management employees to best safety year ever. Over 200,000 work hours with No LTI & No OSHA Reportable.
