My role involves sourcing, developing recruitment and selection process, defining systems and procedures, talent pipelining, headhunting and working alongside my HR colleagues to deliver the best candidate experience. Other projects included leading group wide recruitment activities including implementing new ATS while supporting local and global recruitment teams to meet hiring needs across the business. Implement group wide initiatives to align employer branding, advertising, employee referral scheme, internal job management, centralise group wide reports and reduce agency use across the business. All of which happens in a fast paced changing environment so the need for agility and strong communication skills are key.
