I have always worked in the healthcare field, providing care to older adults since 2005. I fell into the career as a direct care staff in a group home in college as the job offered tuition reimbursement and I haven't turned back since. I have worked in various positions in both the group home and senior living settings, including direct caregiver, Marketing Director, Assisted Living Manager, Rehabilitation Director and Executive Director. I am passionate about providing quality care and enhancing the lives of the people I work with, both the clients/customers and associates. I tend to run high on optimism and energy and am no stranger to working long hours to make sure the job is done right. I work hard to find fulfilment and satisfaction in providing a high quality product in the workplace, but also to provide for the most important people to me, my wife and kids. I love to adventure, explore and travel, but always love to come home, get back to work and settle in at home to a family movie night. I am always ready to take on responsibility, challenges, leadership roles and I'll bring my energy and charisma along with everything that comes my way.
