For the past six years with U.S. Bank I was initially hired as a Corporate Investigator, promoted to a Senior Corporate Investigator, and again promoted to a Principal Investigator. During my tenure I have conducted 100’s of interviews ranging from employee issues for misappropriation, ethics and procedural issues along with witness / subject interviews to obtain facts surrounding their involvement in particular investigations. While conducting Internal Investigations I worked one on one with Human Resource Managers to schedule interviews and worked on one with HR with any further disciplinary action at the conclusion of the investigation. Upon being promoted to a Principal Investigator, I was able share my knowledge with investigators in training and guidance. Overall, I am a driven professional with the ability to lead a diverse group, known for motivational and positive attitude including the aptitude to read personalities in order heighten their true potential. In my past 20+ years of investigations I have become proficient in report writing, excellent verbal skills and the ability to present via internet and in person.
