• Responsibilities included managing a 5-person National Account Team and oversight of a 10 person DCIO and VA wholesaling team. Business unit was responsible for a $37B book of business focusing on Retirement platforms.
• Provided strategic direction on developing new accounts, servicing existing relationships, and overseeing the marketing and operational aspects of the business.
• Focused on all business lines within each client, with a particular emphasis on retirement platforms, variable annuity products, pension plans, and the retail broker dealer channel.
• Implemented procedures for team to work closely with LM Asset Management affiliates and with the other LM distribution units within America’s Distribution, specifically as it pertains to wholesaling, marketing.
• Targeted FY10 Gross sales of $12B, a 20% increase over goal.
