I serve as LiveRamp’s (NYSE: RAMP) Chief Strategy Officer and Head of LiveRamp Ventures. As CSO, I am responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business development. LiveRamp emerged as a standalone public SaaS company following the multi-year business and digital transformation of Acxiom, a 40-year-old database marketing services company, into a next-generation marketing technology platform with broad adoption across advertising and marketing technology landscape. This transformation unlocked significant incremental shareholder value, enabled by a strategic vision developed in partnership with our leadership team and Board which led to a category-creating product strategy, brand and market repositioning, operational improvements, and accelerated through 13 acquisitions, 5 divestitures, culminating in the $2.3B sale of Acxiom’s marketing services division to Interpublic Group. Following the sale, LiveRamp relisted as RAMP (NYSE), continuing its growth from $250M to over $700m revenue with sustained profitability, through organic growth, acquisitions, and global expansion.Prior to LiveRamp and Acxiom, I served as head of global corporate development for Rakuten Group, a $15 billion global consumer Internet and Ecommerce Company. I led the company’s global expansion strategy, M&A and business development efforts in the U.S., Europe and China, including the successful U.S. launch of Rakuten.com, Rakuten Marketing and Rakuten Loyalty including the acquisitions of LinkShare, CauseLoyalty, Traffic Strategies, and FreeCause.I currently serve as Advisor to Atairos (2023) and sit on the Board of Directors at Catalina Marketing (2021) and formerly at Ensono (acquired by KKR for $1.9B in 2022). I am an advisor to TextNow (ad supported consumer phone and text) and DeepSync (consumer data).I am a Connecticut resident and a Detroit-native.
