I'm a person with high demands on myself and the work I do. I want everything to be efficient and have a pragmatic view of situations and problems. My main contributions to a group are that I make sure that things get taken care of and finding a common consensus or action plan during discussions.My services are best utilized in groups and products with a history that needs to be taken into consideration but at the same time in need for long lasting improvements. Most development methodologies are in my opinion focused on development of new systems and have difficulties coping with the common reality of simultaneously maintaining an already deployed system and its customers. Trying to implement a schoolbook example of a new development methodology have high risk of failure. Especially if the group have worked with the system for several years.My expertise lies in implementing and maintaining agile and more efficient working routines balanced to how people are used to work. I will and need to commit to the team for several years since such changes need to be taken step by step. The changes will impact all levels. Development, maintenance, support, suppliers, customers and so on. The most delicate part is the customer and I have a long and highly appreciated experience in customer relations.
