CurrentUpdating the Anticipated Results (AR), Procurement plans and the workplans and making sure they speak the same language.Holding meetings with farmer group members and stakeholders and facilitating the activity. Planning and budgeting activities in a timely manner and ensuring excellent mobilization and sensitization of the community.Developing and maintaining a functional relationship between farmer group members, stakeholders and the organization.Attending radio talk shows and presenting about the project interventions and impacts created.Developing Eco tourism business enterprises interventions that targets conservation of the environment and ensuring food security, decent jobs.Supporting stakeholders to come up with multistakeholder platforms that help to protect the environment and ecosystem around lake Bunyonyi.Conducting assessments that aims at identifying agents of environmental degradation, waste management around lake Bunyonyi, eco business enterprises.Supporting and working with the local government in formulation of Bylaws that aim at conservation of the environment and lake Bunyonyi sub-catchment.Preparing timely activity, monthly and quarterly reports according to the output and outcome and as by the donor requirement.Supporting in the organization of organization calendar events that raise awareness, and giving a debrief of the event and organization interventions.Supporting the Eco tourism and eco enterprises in market linkage, financial linkage and access and market analysis.Training farmer groups, and stake holders on conservation, food system, ecosystem, Nutrition, gender.Supporting the Batwa farmer group members on partnerships with National Forest Authority (NFA) on management of the Echuya forest and extraction of local materials needed by the Batwa communities.
