I was able to work as a team to finish expansion before the deadline of the Donors.

Booking accommodation for the clients and actovities.Developing and maintaining working relationships with clients, partners and other stake holders.Tour guiding clients, Convincing clients to fill in client feedback forms to identify areas of improvement.Writing weekly sales progressive reports, organising team building activities for the office staffs and field teams.Archievements:Increased the company market share.Designed the tour routes which are still operational and are more fun, educational.Marketed the company from zero to now everyday receiving clients.

Mobilising, enrolling and training farmers agricultural practices and Merry Go Rounds (MGRs).Recruiting Demo plot agents, supervising and appraising them ton Field officers basing on performanceTraining Field Officers, Delivering inputs to the farmers, tracking records and resolving farmers complaints as they come.Report to supervisor weekly on progress of the project teams.Visiting government offices for expansion,reporting all incidents to the agricultural farms of our farmers for example flooding, pests, fire.Document project success stories, testimonies, prepare monthly reports.Data collection about Crops and agricultural hindrances, Data entry.Achievements:I was able to recruit 32 Demo plot agents and promoted 25 to Field officer position.I recommended expansion of the organisation into 7 districts of Busoga and are doing well.
