Design very effective ENGAGE program, identify participants (Adolescent boys and girls, Caregivers, Teachers, community and religious leaders) and coordinate facilitation of ENGAGE program in the communities of implementation.6. Design and execute effective outreach activities on GBV preventions.7. Organize and supervise FGDs/sessions on GBV prevention.8. Provide supervision and ongoing training/mentoring to community activist and mentors for GBV prevention activities.9. Work with community stakeholders, community leaders, camp committees and local CSOs on GBV Prevention.10. Identify strategies for prevention of GBV and operationalize these strategies.11. Collect data for monthly reports and submit to M&E officer.12. Prepare and submit regular work plans and activity reports for supervisor review and feedback.13.
