Issues room key and escort instructions to guests. Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually and using computer. Make and confirms reservations. Posts charges, such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to ledger, manually and using computer. Transmits and receives messages, using telephone switchboard. I also did the auditting part: Compiles reports and tables to show statistics related to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss. My side duties were to: Answers alarms and investigates disturbances. Calls police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Circulates among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Patrols premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows. Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Warns persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehends or evicts violators from premises, using force when necessary. Also I clean the loby and mob the floors. Clean the front desk area and folded sheets.

Deliver the orders 15mins or less. Wash dishes when their is no deliverys to be made.
