As a Co-founder of Omega Bank Card Services, I have been conducting business in the merchant service industry since 2001. We offer our merchants a variety of products to assist them with lowering the cost associated with accepting credit and debit cards and assist in growing their business at the same time. Our goal as a company is to provide excellent personal service to each of our clients and educate them on how the industry operates and impacts their business. In this industry, merchants are many times misled on pricing and products, mainly due to representatives being poorly trained. This is why I am a CPP (Ceritified Payment Professional) and encourage my agents to become a CPP as well. I train representatives on how to sale in the merchant industry correctly by understanding how and why certain pricing occurs. This allows each representative to be better educate merchants, therefore allowing us to acquire and maintain more merchants with a true honest straight forward approach.Specialties: We specialize in assisting merchants on establishing a merchant account to accept credit and debit payments for their business.
