Responsible for Operations (Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, etc) for a three-line nonwoven manufacturing operation in Dammam, Saudi Arabia along with a new facility in Rabigh Saudi Arabia. All machines are Reifenhauser Technology.Project Manager for greenfield Nonwoven Manufacturing Facility in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities included all aspects of construction including: civil works, building shell, infrastructure (power, water), machinery installation, operational manpower and start-up & commissioning.

Responsible for design services (A/E, detail design) on a $400MM greenfield manufacturing complex in Utah. Work included numerous Precast and PEMB buildings along with electrical, mechanical and process designs. This was a 2 year project with a design team peaking at 65 engineers.

P&L responsibility for a Nonwoven Manufacturing facility with 3 production lines and 150 employees (120 Union employees). ISO Certified, excellent Quality scores from our customers.
