I am currently a PhD fellow with an International Research Training Group seeking to produce cutting edge transdisciplinary research utilising the critical conceptual tool of 'religion as situated knowledge'. In my research I primarily focus on Whiteness as a phenomenon, exploring its arguably inextricable intersection with Christianity and the enduring implications thereof on South African society. I have previous experience as a religious leader. This work provided me with a bevy of skills such as leadership, team management, administration, public speaking, writing and various types of project management. I worked for about three years gaining experience in local, national and international level projects that included advocacy, social and community development.
