Manufacturers and suppliers of specialist grain drying systems.Initially employed for the opening and development of new East Anglian service centre. The centre would act as a hub for commissioning and servicing of customers equipment throughout the market area in the UK. Product development has been an important part of my work. Regulations for gas appliances have changed significantly and new more efficient systems were required to maintain product performance. In conjunction with this I have overseen new alarm and data logging systems, remote control of equipment and engineered new product mounting and support systems.With changes to gas regulations it has been required to update the CE Marking. This required extensive work with the Nominated Bodies as laid down in the regulations. Dealing with full electrical testing, gas analysis and complete reworking of all documentation. The CE Mark was finally confirmed in early 2015.Other company project have included rebranding company logos and all advertising media. Construction of all layouts and overseeing printing of all new leaflets and manuals.With specialist suppliers, design and construction of all new company web site.Producing detailed drawing for existing product control panels. Undertaking building of panels from these drawings for inclusion in company equipment.Producing details project designs and manufacturing drawings.International sales.

Contract ManagerSpecialist erectors of steel grain storage silos. Primarily responsible for the day to day running of silo erection crews. Dealing direct with international clients to arrange and manage the erection of silos throughout Europe. Including site work surveys, arrangement of welfare and operational requirements, attending site meetings and managing any changes to, and issues with, site workloads.As required, to drive company vehicles including long wheelbase trailers for delivery and collection of equipment across Europe.Development of company systems for lifting gear monitoring and testing, all Method Statements and Risk Assessments, PAT testing and equipment requisitions.

Dealing with industrial silo plant design, supply and build across mainland Europe. Working extensively in Germany, Austria, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia and Turkey. Working with international customers, often through interpreters, to clean sheet design, bespoke grain handling and storage facilities. Spanning projects for local farming co-operatives to dockside developments with full infrastructure consideration. Production of presentation drawings and documentation with relevant costings and project planning.Full process control design including monitoring and data logging.Working with specialist suppliers to specify and design the required equipment to match the clients requirements. Installing these systems into working environments for testing and evaluation before being made available to the wider market.
