I have over three years of experience in construction and project management, working as a Superintendent at Invitation Homes. There, I oversaw the renovation and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. I coordinated and supervised the general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, and tracked the progress and budget of each project. I also hold an OSHA 10-Hour certification, demonstrating my knowledge and compliance with the occupational health and safety standards. Also, as an Event Coordinator at Apartment Life, I am responsible for planning and executing two events per month to enhance the resident experience and retention in our community. I manage the budget, vendor relations, setup, and teardown of each event, as well as the communication and feedback from the residents and the property management.I am passionate about creating positive and memorable experiences for the residents and the clients, and I strive for excellence in everything that I do.
