I oversee an operation of approximately 2300 slot machines across five different sites in the greater Green Bay area. I have been in the casino gaming industry for 24 years, with 21 of those years being in Slot Operations management. I am responsible for every area of the Slot Department, including slot machine purchasing, slot floor layout, marketing initiatives, budgets, financial performance, personnel, customer service, machine maintenance, and regulatory compliance. I am also responsible for a staff of nearly 200 employees who ensure the highest level of customer service and casino gaming excitement. Oneida Casino has enjoyed an enviable level of success, and I am privileged to have played a role in that success.
