Lead Cultivation Technician
-Pruning and de-leafing plants, great attention to detail, cloning, transplanting, mixing fertilizer, cultivation related maintenance, capability of identifying cultivars by look and smell, Hortimax monitoring and work, monitoring and adjusting EC/PH levels in water. Collecting and analyzing data for fertilizer identifying nutrient deficiencies or over-fertilization. Extensive crop monitoring both physically and by temperature, RH%, VPD, and C02 concentration, using this data to adjust to each crop needs environmentally. Assist in the creation of KPI, s and SOP’s on most processes (cloning, transplants, pruning and defoliating throughout all plant stages, harvesting, and always being complaint with state regulations). Schedule pruning events for flowering plants to achieve maximum yield and potency. Train new technicians in all processes, ensuring that each co-worker is using proper PPE while following the SOP’s set up to complete these processes. Using Biotrack (NYS tracking system) and physically, ensure proper tagging, labeling and traceability of plants along with conducting internal/external audits periodically. Collecting and analyzing yield and potency data to determine success of each crop and work on areas of improvement. Obtained my Private Pesticide Applicator license in December of 2020 ID: P6878669.
