Project Manager responsible managing operations, maintenance, roads & grounds upkeep & other support for facilities and systems on the Fort Belvoir Military Reservation. This includes planning and executing all preventative and corrective maintenance and performing configuration changes to facilities and systems as directed by the Government Customer that are necessary to achieve the greatest mission success by minimizing equipment failure and downtime. Project includes tradesmen consisting of specialties of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and grounds keeping supporting a wide variety of facilities including barracks, recreation, hospital, shopping centers, communication, and water towers to name a few. Additional project duties included estimating cost, coordinating, and overseeing contractors for complex maintenance and construction work.

Program Manager supporting the DoD in multiple logistic focused projects. Projects included Field Services and Support (OCONUS/CONUS), Facilities Support, Contractor Logistics Services Support, and Foreign Military Sales Support.

Deputy Program Manager / Senior Logistic - Procurement Specialist supporting the US Army Rapid Equipping Force (REF) in Field Services and Support. Program includes managing highly specialized technicians maintaining intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) assets world wide. Participates in planning, implementation, operation, and performance of logistics and procurement functions, including supply chain, acquisition, distribution, and transportation for a project that involves operating, maintaining and repairing and training on new and existing ISR systems and or like systems for the US Army Rapid Equipping Force (REF). Additionally serves as the Senior Logistic/Procurement Specialist and on site lead liasion between the company and government client.

Logistic Analyst providing contract support to the Army Rapid Equipping Force (REF) Staff as a subject matter expert and advisor in developing and maintaining effective and efficient support strategies for initial sustainment up to a two-year period for equipment; provide logistical subject matter expertise as it relates to conducting safety, beta and functional testing of new equipment. Assist the REF in developing standardized policies, procedures and methods to account for all REF Project Equipment as it relates to the purchase, receipt, storage, transport, and distribution; assist with the planning and contracting of transportation, movement, and distribution of REF Project Equipment.

Trained, mentored and managed a 6 member team to provide logistical and administrative support for high-visible requirements approved by the Secretary of Defense in support of the United Nations. Professionally performed all aspects of personnel management and logistical support with an ability to structure partnership, define areas for improvement, and incorporate customized logistical solutions. Coordinates with various government agenies to inlude Joint Staff, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense-Policy, United Nations, and the all the military branches to ensure qualified individuals are selected to fill critical roles for the United Nations.

Delivered influential advice to 2 key leader of the Afghan national Army in the methods and concepts for administrative, intelligence, operations, logistics, and command and control operations in support of over 2,500 personnel Brigade located on several Afghan Army Outposts spread over two provinces. Aggressively conducted mission analysis that resulted in a more independently functional unit that was less reliant on coalition support.

Trained, mentored, and supervised a 15-member team in providing transportation, maintenance, fuel, equipment, and facility management services. Practiced keen policy guidance, provided planning, evaluations, logistic trends, inspections, and oversight for over 1,200 military personnel assigned to a two star level command. Appraised by leadership for being a “top performer”. Served as Chief of Current Operations for 24 hour Operations Center at a two star headquarters responsible for battle tracking all ongoing missions and in coordination with General Staff and subordinate commands allocate resources to fulfill mission requirements from Army Pacific Command.

Trained, mentored, and supervised a 17-member team to professionally provide management and oversight in logistical operations for maintenance, supply, food, and construction services valued at over $300M.

Logistic Advisor to the Brigade Headquarters of the Iraqi National Police. Mentored Iraqi Logistic Officers in supply chain management, maintenance, facility management, and refueling operations. Managed and accounted for US Transition Team equipment, developed and maintained contracts, and ensured team was self sufficient to operate and live on an Iraqi compound. Outside of Logistic Advising duties served as part of team security detail during operations with Iraqi National Police.

Led and trained 10-15 man teams to conduct search and recovery missions to Vietnam, Laos, and Germany to recover missing Americans from past conflicts. Ensured teams were self sufficient to operate independently with little support, engaged in complex land usage negotiations with foreign government officials, hired local labor to support recovery operations, and conducted relationship building activities with community leaders. Briefed and hosted visits of recovery operations from US Ambassadors, Veteran's Groups, and family members of missing Americans.
