More than doubled revenues and entirely retooled the company (increased employees from 220 to >500) for sustained growth, increasing approved products being produced from one to over 15. Named “Most Admired CEO” (large company category) in 2017 by the San Diego Business Journal. Achieved “Great Place to Work” recognition under my leadership. -
