I talk to customers to figure out their needs, estimate cost, negotiate contracts, purchase materials, oversee construction, bill customers, and see the project to completion.For the last 30 years I was a Project Manger for Southwest Vault Builders, a Cold Storage Construction Company. Southwest Vault shut down due to the illness and death of it's owner.Keith Tucker and myself have just opened a DFW branch of Cold Storage Construction under the name Southwest Cold Storage. We hope to continue to service the same customer base that we took care of at Southwest Vault.
