I led crews and also worked individually as needed. I worked in the property enhancement division and took care of tasks as needed for property maintenance. Most of my work included, flower planting and maintenance, pruning and shrub trimming, bed maintenance and mulching. I also managed the snow and ice removal of the ESL headquarters downtown during the winter months.

I have worked voluntarily in the sound engineering field for over 25 years. My passion for music and sound started in High School and I have pursued it ever since by constantly learning new concepts thru reading, online study, and professional networking. I worked as a FOH and Monitor engineer on a volunteer basis for my local church and also worked in the internet streaming department. I helped upgrade our current system by replacing our analog sound console with a state of the art Yamaha CL5 mixing console. This console is a joy to work with and has expanded my knowlege into the digital world of mixing. We currently use Logic Pro X for our internet steaming mix. Working as a concert tech coordinator I have had the privilege to work with many well known Christian artists such as Aaron Shust, 33 Miles, Shane and Shane, Steven Curtis Chapman, Leeland, Ernie Hasse and The Signature Sound, Denver and The Mile High Orchestra, and Tim Zimmerman and The King's Brass. Working side by side with great sound engineers that travel with these groups has given me invaluable knowledge learned in the real world of mixing. I helped oversee the maintenance and design of 3 sound systems in our local church. I also have helped with sound design and production of a few plays that our church and school have produced including Willy Wonka, Uncle Phil's Diner, Secret of Snow Flake County and other in house written productions.
